Life coaching is all about working on your future from the now. We do not look at your past and ask why you did what you did. Instead we focus on where you are now and where you want to go. Then we devise a plan and execute. A life coach is instrumental in life transformations because they can offer an outsider’s perspective, be your accountability partner and help you through any challenges or obstacles that may arise on your journey.

The list of possible things to work on with a life coach is endless. You can work with a life coach to help you determine if you want to stay or leave your marriage or romantic relationship, plan the impossible dream, during transition between careers, when you are experiencing difficult or new situations in your life (personal or professional), etc.

When you hire a life coach, you hire someone who can help you see all your “blind spots”, you get someone who will talk with you in private and confidentiality with no judgment. Sometimes there are things that you cannot even discuss with your closest friend or family member, a life coach is the perfect individual to help you during trying times.

Life coaches are often hired by successful individuals because they feel like even though they are successful, they are not tapping into their true potential. They still yearn for more and need help figuring out what that is and how to get there. A life coach is the best person to hire for this.

Tony Robbins definition is one of the most clear I have read and so I offer that here: The main difference between a life coach and therapist is that a life coach sets clients up with the process and skills they need to eventually coach themselves. Life coaching isn’t meant to be forever. Life coaches also do not diagnose the people they work with, while therapists determine illnesses and pathologies so their patients can be clinically treated.
I do offer Saturday sessions. Sunday’s are fun days for relaxing and re-energizing.
